Shop Policies

Thank you for visiting JA & Company Handmade! Every item in my shop is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted using premium Baltic birch plywood and quality finishes. Because each piece is made by hand, no two items are exactly alike. I appreciate your support of handmade craftsmanship and hope you’ll enjoy your purchase for years to come.

Processing Time

Most items are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

JA & Company Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please double-check all names, dates, spellings, and personalization details before submitting your order.

Items are created exactly as entered. Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made on my part.

If I have questions about your personalization request, I’ll contact you before beginning production.

Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are handmade and many are personalized, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Custom or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has started.

Handmade Quality

Every item is handcrafted from genuine Baltic birch plywood. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are part of the beauty of real wood and make each piece unique.

Because each item is hand-painted, slight differences in finish may also occur.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product Care

Indoor use is recommended unless otherwise stated.

To clean, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or excessive humidity to help preserve your handcrafted piece.

Gift Giving

Many of my creations make wonderful gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays, housewarmings, and special occasions.

If you’re sending a gift directly to someone, I’d be happy to include a gift message upon request.
